Welcome to Sociality and the affiliated platforms in our shared ecosystem (collectively, “the Network,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, and services. By registering or using any part of the Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use our platforms.

1. Use of the Network

Eligibility

• Restrict access to parts or all of the Network for maintenance or legal compliance.

Due to the shared database structure:

• Your basic profile is unified across platforms.
• Additional data may be requested to unlock full features of specific platforms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, especially in cases of:

• Fraud or misuse
• Legal or security concerns

You may also request account deletion at any time. Certain data may be retained for legal compliance or recordkeeping.

8. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee that the Network will always be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

• We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on information shared through the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Network is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sociality, the Network, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Network after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or on the website.
