Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sociality, we value transparency and fairness in all customer relationships. This policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations, withdrawals, and renewals of subscriptions.

1. General Principles

  • All subscription fees are quoted in USD and payable through approved payment gateways.
  • Instead of issuing refunds after payment, Sociality applies a cooling-off period before any payment is finalized or service is delivered.
  • This ensures customers may withdraw freely within the defined timeframe.

2. Cooling-Off Periods

• Starter Offer (One-Off Plan):

  • A 7-day cooling-off period applies from the date of subscription.
  • During this period, no payment is processed and no work is undertaken by Sociality.
  • If the customer does not withdraw within 7 days, the payment is captured and the assessment process begins.
  • Withdrawal requests must be sent by simple email to info@sociality.dnci.net.

• Annual Subscription Plans:

  • A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of subscription.
  • During this period, no payment is processed and no work is undertaken by Sociality.
  • If the customer does not withdraw within 14 days, the payment is captured and the subscription becomes active.
  • Withdrawal requests must be sent by simple email to info@sociality.dnci.net.

3. Renewals & Terminations

  • Annual subscriptions automatically renew on the contract anniversary date.
  • Customers wishing to terminate or downgrade (e.g., switch to Starter) must notify Sociality at least one month before the renewal date.
  • Terminations or downgrades requested less than one month before renewal will take effect at the next renewal cycle.

4. Exceptional Cases

If a duplicate subscription or technical error occurs, Sociality will investigate and resolve the issue, including issuing a refund if necessary.
